RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We want you to love your products! To wear them often, wear them proudly, and wear them out! If you don't see yourself doing so, for whatever reason, we can return or exchange it for you... 

You may apply for the exchange of your product provided it adheres to the following conditions:

1. Your product is in its original condition, unused, and with its tags and tickets.

2. Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of you receiving the product. Sale items must be exchanged within 7 days.

3. You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping from and back to you by courier.

*If the item reaches you with a defect, please be assured we will exchange or refund it for you promptly with no delivery fees. 

*Please note that due to logistical limitations, exchanges and refund policies do not apply on International orders.

To apply for exchange, please DM us on Instagram, call or WhatsApp us on (+2)01004550550, or email contact@shoplaboga.com with your order, address, and reason for exchange. We will promptly send you the courier to pick the package up and begin the process of exchange or refund. Our sales team will follow up with you personally until the process is complete!
